At Shri Shyam Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide quality jewellery products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests only in the following situations:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive a defective product.
You receive an incorrect product.
The product received is significantly different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

The product must be:

Unused and unworn.
In its original packaging.
Returned with all tags, accessories, and invoices.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Minor color differences due to screen settings or photography.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Customized or personalized jewellery items.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
